Following coursework from 2012 to 2014 with the University of Miami School of Business, the Lehigh University College of Business and Economics from 2014 to 2015 and in sports marketing from Indiana University Bloomington from 2014 to 2016, Mr. Yosha obtained a Doctor of Jurisprudence from the Indiana University Robert H. McKinney School of Law in 2019. During the course of his studies, he garnered recognition as an oral advocate during a school-wide competition hosted by the Indiana State Bar Association, and due to his success in the school-wide competition, IU McKinney chose Mr. Yosha to represent IU McKinney Law in the annual moot court competition hosted by the Indiana Bar Association, where he received the highest graded oral advocacy scores in the oral argument phase of this competition. During the course of his education, Mr. Yosha served as a legal intern at Yosha, Cook and Tisch, the personal injury legal firm his father, Louis, had founded in 1963.

In 2019, Mr. Yosha joined Yosha, Cook and Tisch as a junior partner, gaining praise from colleagues for delivering the opening statement in a damages case involving a client who was permanently disabled after sustaining an electric shock injury while working on an Indiana power plant. He delivered the closing argument in addition to the opening statement, and the case ended with a favorable verdict for the client, earning $20.3 million – making it the 12th largest in America in 2020 for all civil cases.

For his success to date with Yosha, Cook and Tisch, Mr. Yosha has become the youngest attorney ever inducted into the Marquis Who’s Who list of Top Lawyers in America. In addition, he earned places in the prestigious National Trial Lawyers Top 40 Under 40 and the National Trial Lawyers Top 100 Trial Lawyers. His professional memberships include the American Association for Justice (AAJ and National Trial Lawyers.

Mr. Yosha attributes his success to his work ethic as well as the hours of preparation he spends on all his cases. In the coming years, he wishes to be in the courtroom as much as possible helping victims of injuries get the compensation they deserve to live comfortably, and looks forward to helping more individuals and hopefully having an impact and change on their life.
