In 1985, Mr. Bacetich established the Law Offices of Dominic L. Bacetich, where he continued to practice until joining the Bacetich-Duffy Professional Services Corporation in 1996. Mr. Bacetich is a former assistant attorney general for the State of Washington Department of Labor & Industries and has served as general counsel for the United States District Court. He remains a member of the Washington State Judicial Board and the Critical Action Committee of the Washington State Association for Justice, and his work has been instrumental in policy reform affecting residency requirements for plaintiffs in wrongful death suits. Among other honors, Mr. Bacetich has been presented with the Washington State Trial Lawyers Association’s Carl Maxey Award, was inducted into the Top Five percent of America’s Most Honored Lawyers, and named the Everett Daily Herald Readers’ Choice Awards Best Attorney.
