W.R. Rip Andrews, Partner at Marsh, Rickard & Bryan, P.C., has been recognized by Marquis Who’s Who Top Lawyers for dedication, achievements, and leadership in litigation.
Initially attracted to the field of law as an opportunity to help others find justice and “stand up to bullies professionally,” Mr. Andrews earned a Bachelor of Arts in government from Georgetown University and was awarded his Juris Doctor by the University of Alabama in 2007. He began his career as a press writer for the Gore-Lieberman Presidential campaign in 2000, and spent several years as a communications specialist for political campaigns before becoming a partner of Marsh, Rickard & Bryan P.C.
Mr. Andrews concentrates his practice in litigation and appeals, personal injury and products liability law, and is the co-author of “Defeating Immunity in Suits Against Law Enforcement in Alabama Courts.” He is a member of the Alabama State Bar Association Young Lawyers Section and past president of the Alabama Association for Justice. Outside his work in law, Mr. Andrews is the co-founder of Meals for Healthcare, a nonprofit organization supporting local restaurants by providing meals to healthcare workers and has raised more than $100,000 since its establishment.
