With the dream to become an attorney since her youth, Ms. Davis attended law camp in high school at American University before setting off to attain a Bachelor’s degree in administration and justice at George Mason University. Subsequently, she immediately sought a Doctor of Jurisprudence, which she obtained from the University of South Carolina in 2010. That same year, she was admitted to the Virginia State Bar. As part of her law school curriculum, Ms. Davis clerked at the Solicitor’s Office in her home state of South Carolina and completed a Maymester at the Honourable Society of Gray’s Inn, one of the four Inns of Court in London. In her first professional roles, she served as general counsel for a non-profit and special counsel for a large law firm.
Since 2020, Ms. Davis has flourished as a partner at Impact Legal Group, PLLC in Woodbridge, Virginia, where she specializes in immigration law. Ultimately, her desire to be an advocate for individuals whose voices could not be heard led her to focus her practice on immigration. A passionate and zealous proponent, she believes in fighting for the rights of others, as she has gotten several children the first step, which is sole custody determination and currently has several children that are on their path to getting a green card. She attributes her success thus far to her parents for supporting her endeavors and to the grace of God. Looking ahead, Ms. Davis looks forward to becoming a mother, while also advancing her law practice to reach more people who need her help, especially children.
