Upon earning a Bachelor of Arts in economics, with honors, from the Western University in London in 1970, Mr. Mann went on to attain a Bachelor of Laws from the University of Windsor in 1974. He gained initial experience as a lawyer with Glithero, Spearn and Mann for three years before spearheading Paul Mann Professional Corp. in 1981. For the past 40 years, Mr. Mann has excelled as the president and a trial lawyer, through which he specializes in civil litigation and medical malpractice.
Finding great success throughout the course of his career, Mr. Mann was named as one of the Top 10 Litigators in Canada by the Canada Bar Association in 2010. Likewise, he has also been named as the Lawyer of the Year by the Ontario Trial Lawyers Association. In a career suffused with highlights, Mr. Mann is most proud to have served as the senior counsel for many firms, and to have practiced solely in medical malpractice for plaintiffs. Mr. Mann has represented clients from Nova Scotia to Alberta and Ontario.
To remain aware of developments in his industry, Mr. Mann maintains his affiliation with the Cambridge Chamber of Commerce, the Ontario Trial Lawyers Association, the Advocates Society, the International Bar Association and the Law Society of Upper Canada.
