Alejandro Dabdoub, Partner at Allied Orion, has been recognized by Marquis Who’s Who Top Lawyers for dedication, achievements, and leadership in real estate entrepreneurship.
Motivated to become an entrepreneur by his father, who had always aspired to work in the United States, Mr. Dabdoub has dedicated the latter half of his career to providing his clients with a decent place to live at a decent price. In his current role with Allied Orion, he works to provide investment, construction, and property management opportunities while developing high-end condominiums and mixed-use retail buildings. Responsible for managing strategy and investment for Allied Orion, Mr. Dabdoub is constantly seeking out investors for various properties. Though his career has been suffused with successes, he has also excelled as the owner of Sun Financial Walden LP and Sun Financial Investments and as the co-owner of the Foinzersion Construction Company.
After completing coursework in real estate development at Harvard University, Mr. Dabdoub earned a Bachelor of Business Administration with an emphasis on finance from the University of New Orleans in 2001. Thereafter, he earned an Advancement Degree of Difficulty from the IPADE Business School at Pan-American University in Mexico City in 2013. Additionally, he is certified in infrastructure finance from the London Business School and in financial technology from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.
Supplementing his professional career, Mr. Dabdoub has managed several restaurants and wine retailers throughout Mexico, including the Bodegas de Vino Wine Importing Company and La Taverna and L’Alsace. As a culmination of his accrued experience and education, he is gratified to have published the book “Winning: the Art of Becoming an American Investor” in 2020. He has also contributed numerous articles for the Mexican magazine Lideres and had images featured in the photography anthologies “Propiedad Ajena” and “Movimento de Imágenes.” Furthermore, he served as the producer of “Propiedad Ajena,” a 2007 Mexican feature film. He is one of seven authors to be featured in the first chapter of “Authority,” a book available on Amazon. His chapter reflects on multifamily investing.
Mr. Dabdoub attributes his success to his mindset and perseverance. Throughout his career, he has served on the boards of ATMA, Kycek and Berdgries Digital Bank. Looking toward the future, he aims to double the size of Allied Orion by developing additional properties and to continue to explore new financial technologies.
