Amber M. Naiman, Esq., LLM, Attorney at Feldmann Nagel Cantafio & Song, PLLC, has been recognized by Marquis Who’s Who Top Lawyers for dedication, achievements, and leadership in corporate and transactional law.
Originally, Ms. Naiman wanted to get into the science field but while in college, she began taking economics, business and finance classes, which led her to law. She earned a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Guelph in 2011. She then received a Juris Doctorate and a Master of Laws in international business transactions from the University of Denver Sturm College of Law in 2016. Upon completion of her degrees, she was admitted to practice law in Colorado in 2016.
Ms. Naiman began her career in 2011 as a research assistant for the Food, Agriculture and Resource Economics Department at the University of Guelph, where she remained until 2012. She was then was an Israel Teaching Fellow and an elementary school English teacher in Ashdod, Israel from 2012 to 2013. The following year she was an English teacher to Sudanese refugees in Ashod, Israel. From 2015 to 2016, she became a research assistant at the University of Denver Sturm College of Law and took on the same position at the Sustainable Development Strategies Group in 2016 for one year. During that year, Ms. Naimanbecame an associate attorney with Drew Gottlieb, PC, where she remained until 2018. Since 2019, she has been an associate attorney with Feldmann Nagel Cantafio & Song PLLC. A big achievement for Ms. Naiman was speaking at a law lecture at the University of Denver. During the lecture, she spoke about the different ways of saving capital raises in various highly regulated industries as well as under the current capital of COVID-19. As a testament to her success, Ms. Naiman was inducted as a member of the Denver Bar Association, Colorado Bar Association and the American Bar Association.
