Daniel R. Hernandez, Esq., Principal and Managing Attorney at NextLevel Law, P.C., has been recognized by Marquis Who’s Who Top Lawyers for dedication, achievements, and leadership in family law.
In an effort to bridge the income gap where legal aid falls short, Mr. Hernandez is proud to have dedicated his professional career to providing assistance to clients on the lower end of the socio-economic ladder. By charging a flat rate within his practice, he is able to serve a wide array of clients who hail from all walks of life. He earned a Bachelor of Arts in Health Services Administration from Florida International University in 2011 and a Juris Doctor from the University of Illinois Chicago John Marshall Law School in 2016. In addition, he has found success as an adjunct professor at the University of Illinois Chicago John Marshall Law School since 2016.
In addition to his professional career, Mr. Hernandez has found success serving as president-elect of the board of directors of Between Friends and a pro bono attorney with the Chicago Volunteer Legal Services. Moreover, he is honored to have been named a Young Lawyer of the Year by the Hispanic Lawyers Association of Illinois and a Rising Star by Super Lawyers Magazine. Throughout his career, he has maintained professional affiliations with the Hispanic National Bar Association, the American Bar Association, the Illinois State Bar Association, the Hispanic Lawyers Association of Illinois, the Chicago Bar Association and the Lesbian and Gay Bar Association of Chicago. Looking toward the future, he plans to expand his business to other cities around the country with the goal of helping as many people as possible.
