Upon completion of his degrees, Mr. Lipcon was admitted to practice law in Florida, for the U.S. District Court for the Southern, Middle, and Northern Districts of Florida, U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Texas, U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fith and 11th Circuits and the District of Columbia, Supreme Court of the United States and the Court of Federal Claims.
Mr. Lipcon began his career in 1971 as a private attorney and later founded Lipcon, Marqulies, Alsina, Winkleman, PA. Since 2021, he has been an attorney with Lipcon, Margulies & Winkleman, P.A. Alongside his career, he made time to be a lecturer at the University of Miami School of Law and the Barry School of Law. Civically, he became a Founder at Baptist Hospital in 2010 and he is a member of MENSA. As a testament to his success, Mr. Lipcon has received myriad accolades including but not limited to being named Commodore of High Seas by the Colombian Seaman’s Union, Best Lawyer of the Year for Florida in Admiralty & Maritime by U.S. News & World Report in 2020, Best Lawyers in America, Best Law Firms by U.S. News & World Report and The National Top 100 Trial Lawyers.
