Philip D. Neuer, Executive Vice President, General Counsel at Safer Development and Management Co., has been recognized by Marquis Who’s Who Top Lawyers for dedication, achievements, and leadership in commercial real estate and commercial litigation.

Mr. Neuer watched Perry Mason as a child, which, inspired him to go into law.
