Brian R. Morris, Owner of Morris Law Group, has been recognized by Marquis Who’s Who Top Lawyers for dedication, achievements, and leadership in family law and criminal law.
Having grown up alongside a brother, father and uncle who have established themselves as attorneys, Mr. Morris views the profession of law as a family business. Within his own firm, he is gratified by the quality of representation and the level of satisfaction he and his staff deliver to each client. Moreover, he is proud to be currently carrying over 100 family law and criminal law cases. He obtained a Master of Arts in criminal justice from the University of Wisconsin, a Master of Arts in psychology from Argosy University and a Master of Arts in business administration from the University of Phoenix. He earned a Juris Doctor from the University of Idaho in 2012.
In addition to family law and criminal law, Mr. Morris and his team assist clients with estate planning, wealth preservation and business planning. He is proud that over 90 percent of his clients were referred from former clients, opposing parties and court personnel. Before establishing Morris Law Group, he found success as a special agent with the National Security Agency and as a polygraph examiner. He contributes as a board member to the American Polygraph Association and has maintained affiliations with the California Association of Polygraphic Examiners, the American Polygraph Association, the American Association of Police Polygraphists, the Utah Polygraph Association and the Utah Bar Association. Looking toward the future, he aims to grow his firm and procure a more diverse and dynamic staff.
