Mr. Dreger began his career as a legal consultant for cases involving exposure to chemicals and physical hazards and representing workers who have been fired because they have a disability or workers who have been injured in discrimination and retaliation cases. Before embarking on his career path, he earned a Bachelor of Arts in chemistry from the University of California Berkeley in 1988. He then received a Master of Business Administration from San Francisco State University in 1996 and a Juris Doctor from John F. Kennedy University in 2011.
Mr. Dreger considers writing his book, “The Legal Aspect of Industrial Hygiene and Safety,” a handbook to the legal complexities of commercial chemical handling, to be a highlight of his career. He attributes his success to hard work and dedication. His work has given him confidence. Mr. Dreger is currently an attorney at Dreger Law, PC. He is also a consultant to universities and corporations. He gives back to his community by taking on pro bono cases. As a testament to his success, he received the Super Lawyers Rising Star Award in 2020. He has been inducted as a member of the American Industrial Hygiene Association and the California Employment Lawyer Association.
