Having long aspired to become a lawyer, Ms. de la Foscade-Condon drew deeply from the influence of her family, which was highly involved in legal service. While seeking a path forward in the industry, she found much appeal in the challenges inherent in taxation law. Since 2006, Ms. de la Foscade-Condon has found success as a tax counsel on behalf of the litigation department of the Massachusetts Department of Revenue, having previously served as a bankruptcy lawyer in the private sector at various law firms.

Ms. de la Foscade-Condon earned a Bachelor of Arts in political science from John Cabot University in Italy in 1995. She subsequently received a Doctor of Jurisprudence from Northeastern University School of Law in 2000. Upon the completion of her degrees, Ms. de la Foscade-Condon was admitted to practice law in Boston and the state of Massachusetts.

Ms. de la Foscade-Condon attributes her success to hard work and her diligent ability to organize. Furthermore, she feels fortunate to be able to work in a field where she can do what she loves, which, likewise, permits her to dedicate much of her time to such avocations as fencing. Having partaken in the sport since the age of 15, she has frequently qualified for the nationals. Furthermore, Ms. de la Foscade-Condon participated in the finals for the veterans sector of the American Fencing Association.

Ms. de la Foscade-Condon is proud to have won a $146 million case against Comcast, which was the most high profile case she took to trial. As a testament to her success, she received a Performance Recognition from Common Wealth in 2015 and 2019. Looking towards the future, Ms. de la Foscade-Condon would like to continue reaping the fruits of her success.
