With more than four decades of practiced expertise in the field of construction law, business litigation, real estate and general consultation, Mr. Keller has achieved professional success as the owner of Midwest Law LLC in Saint Louis, Missouri since 2020. Primarily responsible for handling mediation and arbitration affairs on behalf of his practice, he has provided his services as a partner at such firms as Coburn & Croft, for which he began as an associate between 1987 and 1991. Prior to this period, Mr. Keller initially entered his profession as an associate of Blackwell, Sanders, Matheny, Weary and Lombardi in Kansas City, Missouri.
To commemorate his accomplishments, Mr. Keller has been bestowed with numerous accolades throughout the course of his professional journey. Among them, he was recognized among the Best Lawyers in Construction Law by Saint Louis Magazine in 2021, among the Top Lawyers of the Saint Louis Post in both 2019 and 2020, and in Super Lawyers for more than a decade. Moreover, Mr. Keller received a Leading Advisor Award for his work in construction litigation by the state of Missouri in 2019, and has maintained an AV preeminent rating by Martindale-Hubbell since 1988.
Before venturing onto his vocational path, Mr. Keller attended the School of Journalism at the University of Missouri, from which he attained a Bachelor of Journalism in 1977. Pivoting towards legal studies, he received a Doctor of Jurisprudence at Washington University in 1980. Mr. Keller was admitted to practice law by the U.S. District Court of the Western and Eastern Districts of Missouri, the U.S. District Court of the Southern District of Illinois and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Eighth Circuit, as well as the states of Missouri and Illinois. Furthermore, he was invited as a fellow to both the Construction Lawyers Society of America (CLSA) and the Society of Illinois Construction Attorneys (SOICA).
