Ray Allan Mantle, Owner of the Law Office of Ray A. Mantle, has been recognized by Marquis Who’s Who Top Lawyers for dedication, achievements, and leadership in legal service.
Drawing on more than five and a half decades of inimitable expertise in intellectual property and corporate law, Mr. Mantle has distinguished himself in private practice since 2006. Well regarded for his longevity in the field, he previously served of counsel on behalf of Reitler Brown & Rosenblatt LLC, a partner at Piper and Marbury LLP, a member at Varet and Fink PC, an associate with Paul Weiss Rifkind Wharton and Garrison and as the assistant counsel of Governor Nelson A. Rockefeller. A prolific scholar, Mr. Mantle has also been sought after as a lecturer in the field of computer law.
Mr. Mantle’s exemplary performance in the field was born of his academic journey, which began at Kent State University. After graduating with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, summa cum laude, in 1961, he studied at New York University, where he received a Bachelor of Laws, cum laude, in 1964. Following these accomplishments, Mr. Mantle was commissioned as a captain in the U.S. Army, where he advanced to the rank of a first lieutenant from 1965 until 1967.
Though his vocational path has been suffused with many standout moments, Mr. Mantle is most proud to have earned distinction through his work with the New York State Bar Association, for which he devised an annual seminar on behalf of the association’s intellectual property section. Moreover, he has enjoyed an AV rating, with distinction, through Martindale-Hubbel, which is considered an authority on the background and quality of most lawyers throughout the United States. Outside of his professional circles, Mr. Mantle enjoys such diversions as playing golf and spending time with his grandchildren.
