Supported by more than two decades of legal experience, Ms. Nevins is renowned for her work as an attorney of the Law Office of Eileen A. Nevins, PLLC, where she specializes in estate planning, elder law, Medicaid, special needs trusts, probate and guardianships. Ms. Nevins obtained a Doctor of Jurisprudence from the Massachusetts School of Law at Andover in 1994 and is certified to practice in New Hampshire and Massachusetts. From there, Ms. Nevins dedicated her time to raising her three sons, Christopher, Briand and Mathew, while her husband, Christopher, who is a former Delta and military pilot, worked to provide for their family. Having always interested in history and restarting her career, she found herself interested in law and subsequently fulfilled her dreams.
To remain abreast of her industry, Ms. Nevins maintains affiliation with the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys, New Hampshire Estate Planning Council, New Hampshire Supreme Court Society and Law Review at the Massachusetts School of Law. Civically, she has served as chairperson of the board of directors for the Hampton Area Chamber of Commerce and as an officer of the One Park Avenue Condominium Association. Looking ahead, Ms. Nevins plans to continue practicing for as long as possible, she does not plan to retire any time soon.
