Today, Ms. Phillips is admitted to practice in all Florida courts, along with the U.S. District Courts for the Southern, Middle and Northern Districts of Florida and the U.S. Circuit Courts of Appeal for the 10th and 11th Circuits. Since 2017, she has been a shareholder and litigation chair at Phillips Perez, P.A.
Holding more than 20 years of experience, Ms. Phillips is an experienced civil litigator and trial lawyer specializing in matters ranging from aviation to catastrophic product liability, malpractice, personal injury and more. In her earlier years, she served as co-counsel to criminal defense attorney F. Lee Bailey during her first year as a public service lawyer and was an associate with Anania Bandklayder. Ms. Phillips attributes her vast success to a dedication to her work, exceptional mentors and various individuals who have expanded her mind.
