However, once he was introduced to the field of medical malpractice, he knew he would be better suited to succeed within the legal realm. After finishing high school, Mr. Collins attended Furman University, earning a Bachelor of Arts in 1970. Three years later, he acquired a Doctor of Jurisprudence from Stetson University. In the following years, Mr. Collins was certified to practice law in Florida, as well as by the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Florida, the U.S. Supreme Court and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 11th Circuit. He is additionally certified by the American Board of Professional Liability Attorneys.
Since 2006, Mr. Collins has excelled as a partner at Collins & Truett, PA, in which he is an esteemed civil litigation and personal injury attorney.
