Scott M. Kuboff, Trial Attorney at Ibold & O’Brien, has been recognized by Marquis Who’s Who Top Lawyers for dedication, achievements, and leadership in trial and personal injury law.
From witnessing his mother excel as a paralegal, Mr. Kuboff desired to pursue a career in the legal field in his own right. He subsequently earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in marketing and electronic commerce from the University of Toledo in 2004 followed by a Doctor of Jurisprudence from Cleveland-Marshall College of Law in 2007. Shortly thereafter, he was admitted to practice law in Ohio and Pennsylvania, as well as before the U.S. Federal Court for the Northern District of Ohio and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit. Having accrued more than 10 years of litigation experience in trial and appellate courts, he has excelled as a trial attorney at Ibold & O’Brien since 2017. He previously served in the same role for Triscaro & Associates Ltd. and the Goldberg Law Firm LLC between 2007 and 2017. Mr. Kuboff embarked upon his career as a law clerk for Bilfield and Sandel Co. L.P.A. and Ian N. Friedman and Associates L.P.A.
Finding great success in his career, Mr. Kuboff was recognized as a Super Lawyers Rising Star from 2016 to 2021 and a Lawyer of Distinction in Personal Injury in 2018 and 2019. Likewise, the American Society of Legal Advocates honored him among the Top 40 Litigation Lawyers Under 40 in 2018 and the National Academy of Personal Injury Attorneys cited him among the Top 10 Under 40 in 2015. He attributes his focused success to his desire to change lives in a positive manner and to provide a voice to those in need. He currently maintains his affiliation with the Ohio State Bar Association, the Lake County Bar Association, the Portage County Bar Association, the Geauga County Bar Association, the Ohio Association for Justice, the American Association for Justice and the William K. Thomas American Inn of Court. In addition, he contributes to the board of directors for the Cleveland Academy of Trial Attorneys and the board of trustees for the Cleveland-Marshall Law Alumni Association.
