Title: Co-Managing Partner
Company: Fowlers St. Clair
Location: Chandler, Arizona, United States
Sean P. St. Clair, Co-Managing Partner at Fowlers St. Clair, has been recognized by Marquis Who’s Who Top Lawyers for dedication, achievements, and leadership in real estate law.
Upon receiving a Bachelor of Arts in political science, magna cum laude, from Chapman University, Mr. St. Clair was excited to see how the law could shape history and affect lives. Desiring to continue to protect the rights of others through the law, he went on to achieve a Doctor of Jurisprudence from the Arizona State University College of Law in 2002. In his first professional role, Mr. St. Clair served as a law clerk to the Arizona Court of Appeals in 2002 and 2003. From there, he worked as an attorney for The Lassiter Law Firm, P.L.C. from 2007 to 2010 and for Davis Miles, PLLC in 2009 and 2010. Additionally, in 2010 and 2011, he served as an associate attorney from Tiffany & Bosco, P.A.
Presently, Mr. St. Clair notably serves as the co-managing partner of Fowler St. Clair. In his position since 2012, he has developed a niche in title and probate involving real estate, among other areas of practice. Likewise, in 2015, he became the founder of Missional Law, a non-profit corporation that seeks to protect human rights and to obtain justice for vulnerable, poor and marginalized individuals in Africa. Finding great success in his career trajectory, Mr. St. Clair was honored as Entrepreneur of the Year by the Arizona Valley Chapter of Women’s Council of Realtors. Reflecting on his career, he is particularly proud of one instance in which he was able to help a client buy and sell a property that they would not have been able to close without his guidance. In five years’ time, Mr. St. Clair aims to double the size of the firm and for his practice to work solely on title or mediation work. He would also like for his non-profit to have an official director an attorney overseas.
