In fact, he is the only attorney in Racine, Walworth and Kenosha county to receive such award every year since its inception. Since 1973, he has been a panel member of the Chapter Seven Bankruptcy Trustees for the Eastern District of Wisconsin. Additionally, Mr. Dubis notably served with the U.S. Army Reserves, achieving honorable discharge in 1969.
