Hailing from a family of lawyers, Mr. Hodges was inspired to delve into the realm of personal injury to represent those who cannot support themselves in the court of law. Backed by an Associate of Science from Abraham Baldwin Agriculture College from 1982, he achieved a Bachelor of Science from Columbus State University in 2000. Shortly thereafter, in 2004, he obtained a Doctor of Jurisprudence from Mercer University in Macon, Georgia. He then went on to become admitted to practice law in the states of Georgia and Alabama.
For the past 16 years, since 2004, Mr. Hodges has served as a notable attorney with Philips, Branch & Hodges in Columbus, Georgia. Alongside his specialization in personal injury, he also deals with matters regarding federal tort claims, medical negligence, consumer class actions, and defective pharmaceutical products. Reflecting on his career, he attributes much of his success to his mentors, Ben Phillips and his wife, Pat. To remain abreast of his advancements and changes in his industry, Mr. Hodges maintains affiliation with the Columbus Bar Association, the Columbus Trial Lawyers Association, the Georgia Trial Lawyers Association, and the American Bar Association.
