D. Brandon Christian, Esq., Chief Legal Counsel at Union County Sheriff’s Office, has been recognized by Marquis Who’s Who Top Lawyers for dedication, achievements, and leadership in the law.
Mr. Christian became interested in a career as a lawyer from his fascination with the legal process. Hoping to serve his community and help his fellow neighbors, he enrolled at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, where he acquired a Bachelor of Arts in political science in 2006. Three years later, he earned a Doctor of Jurisprudence from the University of South Carolina School of Law. In the years that followed, he became certified by the North Carolina State Bar Association, the United States District Court for the Eastern and Western Districts of North Carolina and the United States Supreme Court.
In 2010, Mr. Christian commenced his career as the assistant district attorney for the Scotland County District Attorney’s Office. He remained there until 2014, proceeding to work at the Law Offices of D. Brandon Christian, PLLC and as the police attorney for the City of Fayetteville, North Carolina. Shortly thereafter, he became the managing partner at NC Law Enforcement Advising Group, PLLC in 2018. By 2019, Mr. Christian took on the role of chief legal counsel at the Union County Sheriff’s Office. He remains in this role today, continuing to successfully provide each of his clients with legal assistance. Reflecting on his illustrious career thus far, Mr. Christian attributes his success to his ceaseless hard work and determination. In the coming years, he aims to become a judge.
