With his present firm, he has represented cases before the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit, the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Virginia and the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office. He previously began his career as an engineer before becoming motivated to elevate his professional standing as a lawyer. Mr. Calderon attributes his current success to his hard work as well as a lot of luck and the influence of his mentors.
Mr. Calderon initially pursued an education at the New York University Tandon School of Engineering, earning a Bachelor of Science in mechanical engineering in 1989. He subsequently graduated from the Touro College Jacob B. Fuchsberg Law Center with a Doctor of Jurisprudence in 1992. Moreover, he has been admitted to practice law by the New York State Bar Association, the Virginia State Bar and the District of Columbia Bar. Looking toward the future, Mr. Calderon hopes to expand his law firm while continuing to garner exemplary results for his clients.
