For as long as he can remember, Mr. Hannigan had always wanted to become an attorney. After graduating from high school, he earned a Bachelor of Science in business administration from the University of Dayton. Three years later, he acquired a Doctor of Jurisprudence from John Marshall Law School and soon became certified to practice law in the states of Illinois and Arizona. In the years since then, Mr. Hannigan has established himself as a renowned professional in his field through his work as an attorney at Hannigan & Botha.

Outside of his primary ventures, Mr. Hannigan served as the editor for the Illinois Bar Association Workers Compensation Newsletter for 20 years. Additionally, he volunteers at local food banks when he has the time. As an active member of his industry, Mr. Hannigan maintains affiliation with multiple professional organizations. These include the Appellate Defender Program, the Illinois Trial Lawyers Association, the Workers Compensation Lawyers Association and the Chicago Bar Association, among others. Reflecting on his various accomplishments, Mr. Hannigan is most proud of always providing his clients with the best service possible.

As a testament to his success, Mr. Hannigan has been abundantly awarded throughout his career. The Illinois Bar Association presented him with an award for his commitment to the Workers Compensation Newsletter, which was followed by the Leading Lawyers Network naming him Top Lawyer. Further, Mr. Hannigan has earned multiple Service Awards from the Illinois State Bar Association, as well as the Austin Flemming Newsletter Award. In his spare time, he enjoys skiing and spending time with his family.
