Robert A. Honecker Jr., Partner at Ansell Grimm & Aaron, has been recognized by Marquis Who’s Who Top Lawyers for dedication, achievements, and leadership in law.
Mr. Honecker strived to become a lawyer ever since he read the esteemed novel “To Kill A Mockingbird,” by Harper Lee. Inspired by the character of Atticus Finch, he went on to pursue a formal education at Franklin & Marshall College where he earned a Bachelor of Arts in government. Continuing his education, he acquired a Doctor of Jurisprudence from the Widener University School of Law. In 1981, Mr. Honecker commenced his professional career as the first assistant and acting prosecutor for Monmouth County. He remained there until 2006, going on to take on the position of partner at Ansell Grimm & Aaron in 2007. He remains there today, continuing to uphold his reputation for consistent success.
In light of his myriad accomplishments, Mr. Honecker has been abundantly awarded throughout the course of his career. In 2004, he was honored as a Police Officer Program Developer, which was followed by the Center for Holocaust Studies honoring him at their event. In 2006, Mr. Honecker was distinguished as the Prosecutor of the Year by the New Jersey Prosecutors Association. He maintains affiliation with the Monmouth County Bar Association, as well as the Monmouth Bar Association. Currently, he is serving his term as elected president of the 200 Club of Monmouth County. Looking toward the future, Mr. Hornecker sees himself winding down in his career, though he will never fully give it up.
