Coming from a family of attorneys, Mr. Larson grew up watching insurance companies repeatedly deny benefits to those that have been injured by their insured. Now an owner, partner and attorney at law at Larson, Larson & Dauer ALC since 2016, he primarily focuses on workers’ compensation, as well as complex litigation involving traumatic brain injuries, medical malpractice, amputations and other permanently disabling injuries. In 2018, he became a managing partner of Larson & Associates ALC, utilizing his prior experience as an associate at Timothy A. Larson ALC from 2013 to 2016. Prior, Mr. Larson had worked as an associate in civil litigation at his older brother’s personal injury law firm Carpenter, Zuckerman & Rowley, LLP. Devoted to the firm from 2004 to 2013, Mr. Larson commenced his time with his brother’s firm as a law clerk at the age of 17.
Throughout the course of his illustrious career, Mr. Larson has been acknowledged as a Top 10 Workers’ Compensation Attorneys by Attorney and Practice Magazine and as one of the 10 Best Attorneys by the American Institute of Law. He was honored among the Top 40 Under 40 by the American Academy of Attorneys, Super Lawyers and Premier Lawyers of America and was the recipient of the 2020 Elite Advocate Award by American Institute of Legal Advocates. Additionally, Mr. Larson was presented with the 2019 and 2020 Super Lawyers’ Rising Stars Award, and was recognized among the Top 100 Workers’ Compensation Attorneys by the American Academy of Attorneys. To match his renowned career, Forbes Magazine, as well as various prominent media organizations have interviewed Mr. Larson on his distinguished work.
Mr. Larson received a Bachelor of Science from the California Polytechnic State University in San Luis Obispo, California and went on to achieve a Doctor of Jurisprudence from the Southwestern Law School in Los Angeles, California. Admitted to the California Bar in 2012, he now holds membership with the California Applicants Attorney Association and the California Applicants Association. Looking back on his career trajectory, Mr. Larson considers his greatest accomplishment to be getting his clients the justice they deserve in each of their cases. With this sentiment, the advice Mr. Larson can offer the next generation of attorneys is to not pursue the field for the salary, but have a passion for helping people. He believes if you sincerely have empathy and compassion for your clients, it will go further and show in your litigation, fighting and everything else that goes along with serving as a seeker of justice.
