John J. Giuffré, Founding Attorney at Guiffre Law Offices, P.C., has been recognized by Marquis Who’s Who Top Lawyers for dedication, achievements, and leadership in real estate law.
As a child, Mr. Guiffre always liked to discuss and argue. Naturally, when it came time to pursue a career, he chose to forge a path in law. In 1984, he graduated from Columbia College with a Bachelor of Arts, and shortly thereafter, he earned a Doctor of Jurisprudence from the University of Pennsylvania. His first professional position was in the associate labor and employment law section of Morgan, Lewis & Bockius in New York City. In 1988, he relocated to McLaughlin & McLaughlin as an associate. By 1994, he had gained enough experience to become a founding partner of Giuffre & Kaplan, PC. He remained there until 2007, which is when he relocated to become the founding partner of Guiffre Law Offices, PC where he continues to demonstrate consistent success in his current role.
A member of the Nassau County Bar Association, Mr. Guiffre works hard to help his clients in both commercial and residential real estate transactions. His firm has experience in every phase of litigation, including trials and appeals. Outside of his primary endeavors, Mr. Guiffre has found success as an editor for the University of Pennsylvania Journal of Comparative Business and Capital Market Law, as well as the University of Pennsylvania Journal of International Business Law. He has additionally participated in the Brooklyn Bar Association Pro Bono Project and the Volunteer Lawyer Project. Looking toward the future, Mr. Guiffre does not see himself retiring any time soon, as he loves his work and knows there is even greater success ahead of him. As a testament to his success thus far, he is featured in numerous editions of Who’s Who in America, Who’s Who in American Law, Who’s Who in the East and Who’s Who in the World.
