Scott S. Rosenblum, Lawyer at Kramer Levin, has been recognized by Marquis Who’s Who Top Lawyers for dedication, achievements, and leadership in corporate and securities law.
Driven to pursue law from a young age, Mr. Rosenblum currently sits on the executive committee of the renowned New York firm Kramer Levin, a position he has held since 2001. Prior to this appointment, he served the firm as managing partner from 1994 to 2000 and partner from 1991 to 1994. In his unique positions, he has counseled clients on corporate and securities law, mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures and corporate finance, among other focus areas. Notably, he has advised both public and private corporations, including domestic and international entities ranging from startup companies to Fortune 500 companies.
To prepare for his career, Mr. Rosenblum pursued a formal education at Dartmouth College, where he graduated summa cum laude with a Bachelor of Arts in 1971. From there, he attended the University of Pennsylvania Law School, where he earned a Doctor of Jurisprudence in 1975. He was admitted to the New York State Bar the following year.
In recognition of his success, Mr. Rosenblum was named to Woodward White Inc.’s Best Lawyers in America from 2013 to 2020. Additionally, he was named to Thomson Reuters’ New York Super Lawyers from 2006 to 2008 and again from 2014 to 2019, as well as Legalease’s Legal 500 US in 2006 and from 2009 to 2018.
