A graduate of Rutgers, The State University of New Jersey, Mr. Bailey earned a Bachelor of Arts in pre-law and political science. He went on to earn a Juris Doctor from the Syracuse University College of Law in 1995. Shortly afterward, he was certified to practice law in the state of New York. Prior to opening his practice, he worked as a member of the general council at Evergreen Estates. In 2000, he became the founding partner of Adam Leitman Bailey, P.C. He additionally founded the philanthropic organization, Building Foundations and Dreams, that same year.
As a respected individual in his field, Mr. Bailey has found success in sharing his expertise through written works. In 2011, he published the book, “Finding the Uncommon Deal: A Top New York Lawyer Explains How to Buy a Home for the Lowest Possible Price.” This work earned numerous accolades, including Book of the Year and Best First Time Author from NAREE’s Robert Bruss Book Awards. Some of his other honors include an AV Rating by Martindale-Hubbell and a coveted spot among the Top 100 Lawyers listed by Super Lawyers.
In order to remain up to date in his field, Mr. Bailey is an active member of the New Jersey State Bar Association, the American College of Real Estate Lawyers, the Mortgage Bankers Association, and the American College of Mortgage Attorneys, among several other professional organizations. He attributes his success to his consistent drive to make each day his best yet. In the coming years, he looks forward to working on the biggest cases in New York and elevating himself to become the best attorney in his field.
