Abigale Stolfe, Partner and Co-Founder at Stolfe Zeigler New Jersey Divorce Group, has been recognized by Marquis Who’s Who Top Lawyers for dedication, achievements, and leadership in family and divorce law.
Since 2011, Ms. Stolfe has served as a co-founder and partner at the Stolfe Zeigler New Jersey Divorce Group, a boutique family law firm servicing the families of New Jersey. Ms. Stolfe believes in the value of family, however, that family may look, and as an expert in family and divorce law, she dedicates her practice to promote the safety and well-being of each family member by promoting parental relationships, financial security, and long term co-existence skills.
Ms. Stolfe received a BA from Monmouth University in 1998 and went on to obtain a JD from the Widener School of Law in 2001, one year later gaining admission to the New Jersey State Bar. She commenced her years of law serving as a Judicial Law Clerk with Judge Sheldon R. Franklin, Ocean County, and after the completion of her clerkship, she joined the firm of Louis, Roe, and Wolf where she later became a partner. Ms. Stolfe was then a partner with Louis, Stolfe & Zeigler until 2011 when she left the firm to create Stolfe Zeigler.
Named a Super Lawyers Rising Star in Family Law by Super Lawyers and the recipient of a Lifetime Achievement Award from the Premier Lawyers of America, Ms. Stolfe attributes her career to the driving force of her career, her grandmother. Her grandmother paved the way as one of the first female police officers in her community, and Ms. Stolfe admired her for her courage and grit. Ms. Stolfe planned to follow in her footsteps, but her grandmother showed her a different path in law, one that would promote the society. Looking ahead in her career, Ms. Stolfe hopes to eventually work her way up to the bench and become a Judge.
Ms. Stolfe is a member of the American Academy of Certified Financial Litigators, New Jersey State Bar Association, NJ State Bar Associate Family Law Section, Ocean County Bar Association, and New Jersey Ethics Committee.
