Van Z. Mr. Krikorian earned a Bachelor of Arts in international affairs from The George Washington University in 1981. He then went on to receive a Juris Doctorate from Georgetown University in 1984. Upon completion of his degrees, Mr. Krikorian was admitted to practice law in the states of Vermont in 1985, The District of Columbia in 1986 and New York in 1995. He was also admitted to practice law at the United States Tax Court in 1987 and the United States Court of International Trade in 1996.

Mr. Krikorian has a private legal practice and he teaches law. He teaches international business transaction law, international trade law, international arbitration law, corporate law, Pace Law School in White Plains. He started as a law clerk with the Honorable Jerome Niedermeier at the United States District Court in Vermont from 1984 to 1985. Staying in Vermont, he joined Gravel & Shea as an associate in 1985, remaining until 1988. He then became the Director of Government and Legal Affairs with the Armenian Assembly of America in Washington D.C. from 1988-1992. In 1992, he became a counselor and deputy representative to the United Nations for the Republic of Armenia. Following that role, he became a counselor of Patterson, Belknap, Webb & Tyler, LLP, from 1993 to 1998. He then moved on to become a partner with Vedder, Price, Kaufman & Kammhol from 1998 to 2003. From there he joined Global Gold Corp. in 2003, where he remains to this day. He has held the position of president, general counsel, chairman, and chief executive officer. As a testament to his success, Mr. Krikorian received a Medal of Honor from the Republic of Armenia in 2017. He is also listed in numerous editions of Who’s Who in Finance and Industry, Who’s who in America, Who’s Who in American Law, and Who’s Who in the World.
