Lewis C. Fichera has been recognized by Marquis Who’s Who Top Lawyers for dedication, achievements, and leadership in veterans Social Security disability appeals, wills and estates law.

Mr. Fichera’s decision to go into law came at a time when he was working at an engineering firm. He landed on the practice of law because he felt it was an important and well-respected field and would allow him to do work that he was passionate about. In this venture, he has been able to help many clients. He considers the highlight of his career to be the first jury trial he ever performed. He won a jury verdict over Exxon, arguing a case before the Third Circuit and gaining a favorable decision. Mr. Fichera serves his clients in his private practice, and has previous experience working as a partner at Cristaudo & Fichera and in various roles with Catalytic, Inc.

In his academic pursuits, Mr. Fichera first earned a BSBA in industrial management from Villanova University in 1981. He returned later to education after making the decision to go into law. With this in mind, he received a JD from the School of Law at Widener University in 1982. For his line of work, Mr. Fichera has been admitted to the bar in the State of New Jersey, the State of Pennsylvania, the U.S. Supreme Court, the Third Circuit of the U.S. Court of Appeals, and in Veterans Claims with the U.S. Court of Appeals, the U.S. Federal District Court, District of New Jersey and the U.S. Federal District Court, Eastern District, District of Pennsylvania. To better serve his practice and clients, Mr. Fichera has maintained professional affiliation with the American Cash Flow Association, the Cash Flow Profiles Network, the New Jersey State Bar Association, the Pennsylvania Bar Association, the Gloucester County Bar Association, Fitness Unlimited, the National Organization of Social Security Claimant’s Representatives and the National Organization of Veteran’s Advocates.
