C. Brant Noziska, Attorney at Rockwood & Noziska LLP, has been recognized by Marquis Who’s Who Top Lawyers for dedication, achievements, and leadership.
When Mr. Noziska was 13 years old, he read the book “Inherit the Wind.” From that point forward, he knew he wanted to be a lawyer. He pursued an education at the Colorado College, majoring in world political economics and earning a Bachelor of Science in 1975. He then relocated to the University of San Diego School of Law, earning a Juris Doctor in 1982. That same year, he was certified to practice in the state of California and the United States District Court of the Southern District of California.
After gaining experience as an associate at Thorsnes, Bartolotta, & McGuire, Mr. Noziska made partner in 1982. He remained there until 2001, which is when he co-founded Rockwood & Noziska LLP. He remains there today, continuing to bring his client’s success in his role as partner. Outside of his primary roles, he has served as a senior counsel member to the College of Master Advocates and Barristers and the American College of Barristers. Furthermore, he has found success as a lecturer in his field, as he thoroughly enjoys sharing his experiences and knowledge with those who listen. An active member of his professional community as well, Mr. Noziska holds membership to the American Association for Justice, the Consumer Attorneys of California, the Consumer Attorneys of San Diego, and the San Diego County Bar Association.
In light of his accomplishments, Mr. Noziska has been lauded numerous times. In 2009, he received two Outstanding Trial Lawyer Awards from the Consumer Attorneys of San Diego for Outstanding Trial Advocacy. Moreover, he has been listed among the Top Ten Plaintiff Verdicts in California by the Los Angeles Daily Journal and the Top One Hundred Verdicts in the United States by Verdict Search. Furthermore, he earned an AV Preeminent Rating in recognition of his success. More recently, in 2019, he became a recipient of the Albert Nelson Marquis Lifetime Achievement Award.
