In 11th grade, Mr. Gross attended a career day seminar. Ever since then, he knew he would become a lawyer. As an undergraduate, he studied English literature and graduated with a Bachelor of Science from the University of California Los Angeles in 1970. He remained at the university for another three years, though he attended the School of Law instead. He earned a Juris Doctor in 1973 and soon thereafter was licensed to practice law in the state of California.

Mr. Gross began his professional career in 1984 as a managing attorney at the Law Offices of Belli & Sabih in Beverly Hills, California. Though his time there ended one year later, it was the jumpstart he needed to enter the industry. He proceeded to explore other law firms in the area, such as the Law Offices of Donald H. Cohen, Wilshire Law Firm, PLC, and Gregory C. Pyform & Associates. By 2019, he had accumulated a multitude of experiences, which is the foundation of his reputation for success. He recently accepted a position as a senior trial attorney at the State Law Firm in Encino, California, which is where he presides today.

In recognition of his professional success, Mr. Gross has been listed as a Southern California Super Lawyer with Plaintiff Personal Injury for the last ten years. He has additionally received a preeminent rating from Martindale-Hubbell and the Award for Excellence in Preparation for Trial Practice of Law from the American Board for Trial Practice. An active member of his industry, he holds membership to the Consumer Attorneys Association of Los Angeles Mediation Program, the American Ends of Court Jerome Berenson Brand, and the Ventura County Bar Association, among several other organizations. He is looking forward to the future, as he has no plans to retire any time soon.
