John E. Archibold, Former Vice President of Info-Media, Inc., has been recognized by Marquis Who’s Who Top Lawyers for dedication, achievements and leadership in litigation.
With 40 years of professional experience, Mr. Archibold was the vice president of Info-Media, Inc., from 1990 to 2000, also serving of counsel with Kelly, Stanfield and O’Donnell from 1991 to 1993. Prior to obtaining these roles, he was an associate counsel and chief counsel with the Colorado Public Utilities Commission from 1971 to 1990, having been an assistant attorney general with the Colorado Department of Law since 1970. From 1968 to 1969, he was a partner with Casey, Klene, Horan and Archibold and, from 1966 to 1968, he was an associate with Grant, Shafroth, Toll and McHendrie. Earlier in his career, Mr. Archibold was a trial attorney with the U.S. Department of Justice from 1960 to 1966 and a special liaison assistant with the U.S. Department of State in 1960.
Mr. Archibold first pursued an education at Princeton University, where he obtained a Bachelor of Arts. He continued his studies at the University of Denver, earning a Bachelor of Laws in 1959. He then joined Georgetown University, completing a Master of Laws in 1965. Mr. Archibold has been admitted to practice in the State of Colorado, as well as before the Supreme Court of the United States. He is a retired colonel with the U.S. Army Judge Advocate Corps.
