David Crowther, Cofounder and Partner of Renaissance IP Law Group, has been recognized by Marquis Who’s Who Top Lawyers for dedication, achievements, and leadership in technology law.
With more than 20 years of professional experience, Mr. Crowther has been a co-founder and partner with Renaissance IP Law Group since 2012. Prior to establishing this firm, he was the principal attorney at David Crowther Law, PC, in 2012 and he was an associate attorney at Marger Johnson and McCollom from 2006 to 2012. Earlier in his career, he was an engineer with Thomas Grass Valley from 1999 to 2006. Mr. Crowther was inspired to go into his profession by the “tech recession” of 2001.
Mr. Crowther first pursued an education with Brigham Young University, where he obtained a Bachelor of Science in computer engineering in 1999. After working as an engineer for a few years, he later continued his studies with the Northwestern School of Law at Lewis and Clark College, earning a Juris Doctor in 2007. He is a member of the American Bar Association, the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers, and the American Intellectual Property Law Association. Looking toward the future, he endeavors to practice in these areas of expertise, successfully representing clients and growing in his firm.
