With 55 years of professional experience, Mr. Croft has been a mediator and arbitrator with Jams and Croft ADR since 2013, having been a mediator, arbitrator and resolution expert with Jams since 2009. Prior to obtaining his current roles, he was a partner with King and Croft LLP from 1994 to 2012 and a shareholder of Griffin, Cochrane and Marshall from 1983 to 1993. From 1978 to 1983, he was a partner with Kurak, Rock and Huie and, from 1973 to 1978, he was a partner with Huie, Sterne and Ide. Earlier in his career, Mr. Croft was an associate with Hansell, Post, Brandon and Dorsey from 1969 to 1973 and with Coburn, Croft and Kohn from 1965 to 1969.
Mr. Croft first pursued an education with Yale University, where he obtained a Bachelor of Arts in 1962. He continued his studies with the University of Michigan Law School, earning a JD in 1965. He is a member of the American Bar Association, the State Bar of Georgia, the Atlanta Bar Association and the Atlanta Bar Foundation. A fellow of the American College of Civil Trial Mediators and the International Academy of Mediators, Mr. Croft has also been affiliated with the Georgia Trial Lawyers Association, the Atlanta International Arbitration Society, the Lawyers Club of Atlanta and the Old War Horse Lawyers Club.
