With more than 20 years of professional experience, Ms. Napoli has been a partner with Napoli Shkolnik, PLLC, since 2015, having been a partner with Napoli Law since 1997. In addition to her primary roles, she has served as a board member with the Bone Marrow Foundation, the Paul and Marie Napoli Foundation, and the Glen Cove Boys and Girls Club. The author of “Child Victims Act is a Step Toward Healing,” she has been a featured speaker at numerous conferences and webinars. Her areas of expertise include mass tort where there are catastrophic industries with multiple plaintiffs.
Ms. Napoli first pursued an education with St. John’s University, where she obtained a Bachelor of Science in psychology in 1989. She continued her studies with the school, completing a Juris Doctor in 1994. She then joined the New York University School of Law, earning a Master of Laws. She has been admitted to practice in the state of New York, as well before the United States District Courts for the Eastern and Southern Districts of New York and the Eastern District of Michigan, the New York Supreme Court, and the United States Supreme Court. Looking toward the future, she hopes that every case, such as opioid or PFOA litigation, results in dramatic changes to improve people’s lives everywhere.
