Upon graduating from Montana State University with a Bachelor of Science in business and marketing in 1989, he secured a Master of Business Administration from the University of Montana in 1992. Moreover, he attended law school at the University of Montana and received a Doctor of Jurisprudence in 1995. He was later admitted to practice law by the State Bar of Montana, the Connecticut Bar Association, the District of Columbia Bar, the Montana Supreme Court, the U.S. District Court for the District of Montana, the U.S. District Court of Colorado, the U.S. Tax Court and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit.
Since 2000, Mr. Schneider has excelled as an attorney and shareholder with Milodragovich, Dale & Steinbrenner, P.C. With the firm, his responsibilities include personal injury and wrongful death suits, commercial, transportation, and insurance litigation, liability cases, and employment law. Earlier in his career, he gained valuable knowledge as an attorney with Groom Law Group, The Evergreen Group, and the Hartford law firms based in Connecticut and Washington D.C.
To remain abreast of developments in the field, he retains professional alignment with the Defense Research Institute, the Western Montana Bar Association, The Harmonie Group, and the Montana Defense Trial Lawyers Association. In recognition of his achievements, he has been honored by Martindale-Hubbell with an AV-Preeminent Rating and as a Mountain States Super Lawyer. Likewise, he was notably presented with the State Bar of Montana Distinguished Service Award.
