Thomas H. Jamison, Of Council at Fenton & Keller, has been recognized by Marquis Who’s Who Top Lawyers for dedication, achievements, and leadership in the field of law.

Mr. Jamison comes from a long line of lawyers, from his father to his younger brother to his great-grandfather, who was the district attorney for Bismarck, North Dakota and a lawyer. It seemed like the most natural decision to go to law school, so Mr. Jamison did just that. Getting started right after law school, he served as a law clerk for a justice on the Oregon Supreme Court.

Earning a Bachelor of Arts, cum laude, from Williams College, Mr. Jamison began his educational career in 1970. He then progressed to the Hastings College of the Law at the University of California, graduating with a Doctor of Jurisprudence in 1975. Mr. Jamison was admitted to practice law by the Oregon State Bar and the State Bar of California. Currently, he works as an attorney for the firm, Fenton & Keller.

An AV Rated lawyer by Martindale Hubbell, Mr. Jamison has won the Benedict Prize for his work in French from Williams College. Notably, he is the co-author of “California Real Property Sales Transactions”, Chapter 8, and is the editor for the Hastings Law Journal. Employed at the largest firm in Monterey County, Mr. Jamison has built a career with a good reputation, good clients, and a lot of success for said clients. Looking toward the future, he sees himself writing a book on some of his experiences in the field.
