John Coble, Partner at Albrechta & Coble, Ltd., has been recognized by Marquis Who’s Who Top Lawyers for dedication, achievements, and leadership in the field of social policy.
With his father and grandfather also being lawyers, Mr. Coble originally spent his youth fighting against the expectation that he should go down the same professional route and he spent a few years pursuing other things, such as investing and community work. However, he ultimately decided that he was best suited for a career in law that would give him the opportunity to assist families and protect them. After earning a Bachelor of Philosophy in interdisciplinary studies from Miami University in 1974, Mr. Coble graduated from the University of Toledo with a Doctor of Jurisprudence in 1984, going on to begin his law career as a lawyer for the Toledo Legal Aid Society. He then worked as a lawyer for Gallon, Kalniz & Iorio in 1987 and for Britz & Zemmelman from 1987 to 1995, before advancing to the position of a lawyer at Albrechta & Coble, which he currently holds. Mr. Coble attributes his success to his partner at the firm, Joe Albrechta, and his clients, who recommend him to other clients.
With a Martindale-Hubbell AV Preeminent Peer Review Rating, Mr. Coble was the recipient of the Order of the Sole from the Toledo Junior Bar Association in 2018 and was honored with a Trustees Award in 2001. As a distinguished and well-respected professional in his field, he is an active member of the Lucas County Bar Association, the Sandusky County Bar Association, and the Toledo Bar Association, of which he has volunteered his time in multiple capacities. Of his many professional achievements, Mr. Coble considers his reputation within the field as an honest, quality worker has been one of his proudest moments. Hoping to continue his work with his firm in the coming years, Mr. Coble has been previously featured in the 9th edition of Who’s Who in American Law.
