Location: Baldwinsville, New York, United States
Anthony Endieveri, Trial Lawyer, has been recognized by Marquis Who’s Who Top Lawyers for dedication, achievements, and leadership in the legal profession.
Mr. Endieveri studied at Syracuse University, earning a Bachelor of Arts in 1961 and an LLB in 1965. In 1967, he was licensed to practice law in the state of New York, and the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of New York. He continued his education, studying law and earning a JD from Syracuse University in 1968, and started his own legal practice. Mr. Endieveri was licensed to practice law in the Second Circuit of the U.S. Court of Appeals in 1969. He earned a National Board of Legal Specialty Certification for his work as a civil trial lawyer, and was licensed to practice law in the United States Supreme Court in 1970.
In 1972, Mr. Endieveri enlisted in the United States Marine Corps Reserve, and rose to the rank of major before his retirement in 1999. He worked as a Hiscock legal aid, and in 1970, he started as an assistant corporate counsel for the City of Syracuse. He worked his private legal practice for more than 50 years before his retirement in 2016, and dealt with a variety of important cases throughout his career. His most memorable moment was when he won a $6 million case, which set him up for retirement, but one of his proudest cases was when he won $1.3 million for a client who was hit by a truck and required five surgeries. The client was married with two children, and the money changed his family’s life.
Through his career, Mr. Endieveri credits Harry Philo, president of the National Trial Lawyers, and Ben Schwartzholer, his college football coach, as mentors in his career. Mr. Philo encouraged Mr. Endieveri and showed him that he had the ability to make it as a legal professional, and Mr. Schwartzholer wrote a letter of recommendation that helped Mr. Endieveri get into law school. After graduating with a BA, he worked briefly as a salesman, quickly realizing he wasn’t interested in the field. He decided to attend law school because he knew it was a profession where he could help people and make a difference in their lives.
For his excellence as an attorney, Mr. Endieveri has been recognized with myriad awards and recognitions. He received a Hall of Fame Award from the American Biographical Institute, the Lifetime Achievement Award from the International Biographical Center, and was named a Top Trial Lawyer in America. As a testament to his success, he has been included in the 31st edition of Who’s Who in Finance and Industry, as well as multiple editions of Who’s Who in the East, Who’s Who in American Law, and Who’s Who in America.
