Dale Wilcox, Executive Director and General Counsel at the Immigration Reform Law Institute, has been recognized by Marquis Who’s Who Top Lawyers for dedication, achievements, and leadership in immigration law.
Mr. Wilcox earned a Bachelor of Arts in political science from the University of Louisville in 1992. He continued his studies at the Regent University School of Law, where he earned a JD, cum laude, in 1996. He has been licensed to practice law in the Supreme Court of the United States, and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fourth, Fifth, Ninth, and Eleventh Districts of the District of Columbia Circuit. Additionally, he has been licensed to practice law in the U. S. District Court for the District of Columbia, the U.S. District Courts for the Northern and Southern Districts of Indiana, and the Supreme Court of Indiana. Mr. Wilcox worked as counsel and executive director for Judicial Watch’s Mid-Atlantic Regional Headquarters. He went on to work as the state director and local director of the Federation for American Immigration Reform, and since 2014, he has served as the chief executive officer and general counsel for the Immigration Reform Law Institute.
Through his legal career, Mr. Wilcox has worked as a clerk for Judge Steven M. Fleece and an expert witness for state legislative committees. He has contributed to more than 100 published articles, made appearances on national television and radio, and worked as a speaker for various organizations across America. He attributes his success to his hard work and faith. For aspiring lawyers, Mr. Wilcox advises that they refuse to compromise their values or integrity, as these are crucial qualities to being a superior professional and person. He maintains an active role in his community, volunteering at multiple missions and charitable organizations. In the coming years, he plans to continue to lead his nonprofit law firm, helping people through his work.
