A conscientious attorney devoted to the law, Mr. Snowiss demonstrates expertise in his field built over more than six decades. Since 1994, he has been a partner of Snowiss, Steinberg & Faulkner LLP in Lock Haven, Pennsylvania, where he offers services for matters of corporate law, municipal bonds and real estate. Previously, he was a partner of Lugg, Snowiss, Steinberg & Faulkner LLP and partner of Lugg & Snowiss. Mr. Snowiss is noted in his professional community for the work that he has done as a founding member and former board of directors’ member of the Pennsylvania Bar Foundation and a fellow of the American College of Trust and Estate Counsel. He is also recognized for having served as a zone delegate, zone governor and treasurer of the Pennsylvania Bar Association and president of the Clinton County Bar Association. Mr. Snowiss was also a member of Kiwanis for 45 years.
Mr. Snowiss’ career accomplishments are supported by his education, which includes a JD and Bachelor of Arts from the University of Pennsylvania. He is permitted to practice law in the state of Pennsylvania, the U.S. Supreme Court and the U.S. District Court for the middle district of Pennsylvania. When asked of his achievements, Mr. Snowiss shares that he has been successful because of his love of the law, his ability to get along with others and his dedication to every client.
Outside of his professional work, Mr. Snowiss is active in his local community. For 26 years, he was a board member of the First National Bank. He was chairman of the board of Lock Haven Hospital, president and board of governors’ member for the Clinton County Community Foundation, chairman of the advisory board for Palmer Museum of Art, member of the executive committee for the Pennsylvania Republican Committee and board of trustee’s member for the Ross Library. In the years to come, Mr. Snowiss intends to work toward continued success in his career while seeking new opportunities to make an impact in his community.
