Justin Bryan, Partner at McCathern PLLC, has been recognized by Marquis Who’s Who Top Lawyers for dedication, achievements, and leadership in business and securities litigation.
After graduating from Texas Tech University School of Law with a JD in 2010, Mr. Bryan set out to pursue both of his dreams; serving in the military and working as a lawyer. From 2010 to 2014, he practiced with the JAG Corps for the United States Air Force. In this venture, he tried more than 35 cases as a litigator and legal consultant in both Germany and Texas. After his service, he joined Fee, Smith, Sharp, & Vitullo LLP, further honing his legal skills for two years in this endeavor. During this time, he also became the co-founder of Traubenhaus, LLC. He joined his current firm, McCathern, PLLC, in 2016 as a partner.
Mr. Bryan has always set out to provide the highest quality of work along with his dedication and passion for his work. He first earned a Bachelor of Science in political science and philosophy from Texas A&M University in 2007. Heavily involved with collegiate activities, he also received the Buck Weirus Spirit Award during his freshman year. During his time in law school, he received the American Jurisprudence Award for Advanced Legal Research and Property and was a member of Phi Delta Phi, an international legal honor society. In addition to these accolades, Mr. Bryan received the Super Lawyers Rising Star Award in 2019.
Mr. Bryan attributes his success to the help he has gotten along the way. There have been many people in his life who have been willing to invest the time and energy into teaching him things, and helping his experience matter more. Mr. Bryan believes when you have people like that you learn lessons faster and you get better at things faster. He has built many wonderful trusting relationships where people have entrusted him with opportunities. In his career, he maintains professional affiliation with the American Bar Association, the Texas Aggie Bar Association, the Dallas Bar Association, the Dallas Association of Young Lawyers and Corps of Cadets at Texas A&M.
