Mr. Faber was a student at Cornell University, where he obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in 1962. He continued his studies at Harvard Law School, earning a Juris Doctor degree in 1965. He has been admitted to practice in the State of New York, as well as before the United States District Courts for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York, the United States Courts of Appeals for the Second Circuit and the Federal Circuit, the United States Supreme Court, and the United States Patent and Trademark Office. Mr. Faber was inspired to go into the practice of law by his father, who was already practicing law.
