Mr. Silverang has been a co-founding partner at his firm since 2007, bringing more than 20 years of experience to the role. Prior to becoming a partner, he was a general counsel at O’Neill Properties Group from 2004 to 2007 and a managing partner at Buchanan Ingersoll, PC from 1997 to 2004. In addition to these roles, Mr. Silverang has served on the board of directors for Continental Bank and Progress Bank. In these positions, Mr. Silverang has cultivated a wealth of knowledge concerning a variety of services for lenders, borrowers, developers and investors in various real estate acquisition, leasing, construction, development, financing, restructuring and disposition transactions. He is also an accomplished entrepreneur, having personally developed more than $500 million dollars worth of property, as well as co-founding two multi-million dollar real estate equity funds.
Drawn to the legal realm at an early age, Mr. Silverang first earned a Bachelor of Arts from Franklin and Marshall College in 1977. He continued at Villanova University, receiving a JD cum laude in 1980. That same year, he was admitted to practice in Pennsylvania and with the United States Eastern District Court. On a civic level, he has served on the board of Camp Sunshine in Casco, Maine. He continues to maintain professional affiliation with the Pennsylvania Bar Association. Furthermore, he is a frequent lecturer on real estate subjects at seminars sponsored by the Philadelphia Bar Association and the Pennsylvania Bar Institute.
