Celebrating his 10th year in law just this year, Mr. Rothrock is a prominent litigation attorney who has been serving Hedrick Gardner Kincheloe & Garofalo LLP in Raleigh, NC, since 2016. Focusing his practice on civil litigation, he hosts extensive experience litigating cases, including first chair trial experience. Prior to this illustrious role, he served in the same capacity for the Law Offices of James Scott Farrin from 2014 to 2016 and Leone Noble & Seate from 2008 to 2014. In addition, he has devoted a significant portion of his time to educating other lawyers on litigation practice and ethics. Alongside his primary career endeavors, he has been a member of the triangle area steering committee with the University of North Carolina Alumni Association since 2015, a mentor in the mentorship program of Campbell Law Connections since 2013, and a judge and mentor attorney for the Capital Area Teen Court since 2010.
Mr. Rothrock holds a Bachelor of Arts in political science from the University of North Carolina and a Doctor of Jurisprudence from the Norman Adrian Wiggins School of Law at Campbell University. He has been admitted to practice by the North Carolina State Bar, as well as before the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of North Carolina. As such, in order to remain abreast of recent developments within the industry, he has maintained affiliation with the North Carolina Association of Defense Attorneys, the North Carolina Bar Association and the Wake County Bar Association.
A frequent speaker at continuing education seminars, Mr. Rothrock has been honored multiple times for his excellence. An AV Preeminent Attorney through Martindale-Hubbell, he was listed in “Top 40 Lawyers Under 40” for Litigation by the American Society of Legal Advocates from 2014 to 2017. In addition, he was presented with an Ebbie Award, an Award of Excellence, and an Order of Service in recognition of his contributions to law.
