Amassing three decades of industry experience, Mr. Saccocio is a preeminent attorney who has been serving as partner with Parisi, Coan & Saccocio, PLLC, in Schenectady, NY, since 1999. Heading the firm’s litigation department, he practices on matters regarding domestic violence criminal defense, Title IX and student misconduct defense, and employment discrimination. Prior to this illustrious role, he was a partner at Capasso & Massaroni, LLP, from 1996 to 1998, an associate attorney at Capasso, Burns & Massaroni, LLP, from 1991 to 1996, and an assistant district attorney of Westchester County from 1988 to 1991.
To prepare for his career, Mr. Saccocio pursued formal education at the University at Albany, where he earned a Bachelor of Arts in 1985. Thereafter, he received a Doctor of Jurisprudence from the College of William and Mary in 1988. He has since become admitted to practice law in the states of Arizona, California, New York and Texas.
Alongside his primary endeavors, Mr. Saccocio was the former board member of the Schenectady Metroplex Development Authority from 2008 to 2011, and he has been a special counsel to Pace Law Firm, PC, in Austin, TX, since 2015. Affiliated with the Arizona Bar Association, the California Bar Association, the New York State Bar Association and the Texas Bar Association, he has been highlighted in the 66th edition of Who’s Who in America and the 15th through 19th editions of Who’s Who in American Law.
